November 24th 2002 In a major step to widen and diversify the appeal of the online user group, we are now open to all healthcare professionals in Malaysia, officially paving the way for an unprecedented common hub for local PDA users in the medical field. This announcement follows the dispatching of a press release to various media representatives in recent weeks. Message from Founders August 31st 2002 The significance of this date on the time of writing is rather obvious but my intention here speaks of a diversion far more important and relevant in relation to this website. Our online community represents a modest if not sincere effort to resurrect and revitalize the technological zeal of the people of IMU. In the time when money overwhelmingly exerts a looming dominance over the working of pracmatical matters, we are forced to exercise economics in the sense that we refrained ourselves as far as possible from the lure of costly commercial wonders. We had to, if you allow, walk like self-sufficient and self-efficient paupers but in the end still make the on-lookers unsuspecting of the origin of the splendour of our gait. It seems like we have more or less achieved this hitherto. To put it in a description not so very extravagantly, it cost us almost nothing to produce something as OK as this. This is however nothing short of perfect. What is cheap attracts flaws. Due to the free hosting nature of this website, server 'UP' time becomes treacherous, inviting elusive troubles on the part of ours. We love and and enjoy what we are doing. But until some generous sponsors from out of no where start feeding us cash aka $$$, please bear with the 'server not found' message or even the annoying pop-up advert for the period.
